Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

  • Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped from our facility once your order has been accepted and payment has been approved. We ship USPS with a 1-3 day shipping time depending on where your order is being shipped.
  • Shipment costs are determined at time of checkout.
  • Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • We ship Monday-Friday, not including holidays.
  • An email will be sent to the email address included in your order with tracking information once your package has been scanned by USPS.
  • We will contact you by email if an item is out of stock or if we need additional information from you. We will issue you a refund to your original form of payment if the item is out of stock.
  • Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you checkout. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrectly submitted address.


For overnight shipments please contact me first at with the subject line OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.


We currently only ship within the United States, but keep in touch in case we expand to ship internationally!


We are not responsible for any items that show as delivered on the USPS tracking website. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact your local USPS location first. Next, you can file an insurance claim with USPS. Insurance claims must be filed between 15-60 days from the date the package was delivered. USPS has the right to deny a claim if they show the item as delivered. If you have any questions or concerns please email me at


If you are a non-Arkansas resident, you will be responsible for remitting your own use tax to your state, if applicable.

Return Policy

  • For online orders we accept undamaged merchandise that is in the original condition it was received.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
  • You have 14 days from the ship date of your order to be considered eligible to return your item(s). Returns received after 14 days will be automatically shipped back to the customer at their cost and no refund will be given.

If you meet the above criteria, please email me at and I can direct you through the return process. We will do our best to reply and approve or disapprove your return within 48 hours of your request. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not follow the guidelines outlined above.

Once you hear from us that your return is approved, you have two options to get your return back to us: 

1 - You can ship your item back with the service of your choice. We recommend using a service that will provide a tracking number so you can keep track of your return. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
