For overnight shipments please contact me first at email@example.com with the subject line OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.
We currently only ship within the United States, but keep in touch in case we expand to ship internationally!
We are not responsible for any items that show as delivered on the USPS tracking website. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact your local USPS location first. Next, you can file an insurance claim with USPS. Insurance claims must be filed between 15-60 days from the date the package was delivered. USPS has the right to deny a claim if they show the item as delivered. If you have any questions or concerns please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a non-Arkansas resident, you will be responsible for remitting your own use tax to your state, if applicable.
If you meet the above criteria, please email me at email@example.com and I can direct you through the return process. We will do our best to reply and approve or disapprove your return within 48 hours of your request. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not follow the guidelines outlined above.
Once you hear from us that your return is approved, you have two options to get your return back to us:
1 - You can ship your item back with the service of your choice. We recommend using a service that will provide a tracking number so you can keep track of your return. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
